I am pleased to announce that the team here at fd has been joined by new Partner, Jim Donegan, who was responsible for our web site, stock and customer databases and marketing collateral. With his extensive experience working with several technology-driven service businesses over more than a decade, Jim will be an invaluable addition to the team. Jim, 38, will be utilising new technology (and, he reminds me, all of the old ones too!) - to enhance the business, making us more responsive to our customers' needs.
